It is a blessing to be back in Hazard, surrounded by so many familiar faces and wonderful people.

The Lord first called me into ministry during a revival at Hazard First Baptist Church in 1976. After years of ministry education, I was blessed to serve for 36 years as pastor of Hindman First Baptist Church.

Today, I have the privilege of serving as interim pastor at Petrey Memorial Baptist Church. I never imagined the Lord would bring me back to Hazard at this stage of my life, but I’m grateful for His guidance, faithfulness, and opportunity to be with this community once again.
